IACT Mentoring Programme
Our Mentoring Programme connects Mentees with experienced treasury professionals to gain guidance, insight, and support in achieving career goals.
Launched in 2018, the programme has grown each year, offering a unique opportunity to learn from some of Ireland’s most senior treasury experts. Applications for the 2025 programme will open shortly.
What We Ask
- Commit to at least one hour per quarter over 12 months
- Hold at least one face-to-face meeting
- Agree on a target objective for the mentoring relationship
- Provide feedback at the end of the programme
