Our Mentoring Programme connects Mentees with experienced Treasury professionals to gain guidance, insight, and support in achieving career goals in a confidential environment.
Launched in 2018, the programme has grown each year, offering a unique opportunity to learn from some of Ireland’s most senior Treasury experts. Applications for the 2026 programme are now open.
What We Ask
- Commit to at least one hour per quarter over 12 months
- Hold at least one face-to-face meeting
- Agree on a target objective for the mentoring relationship
- Provide feedback at the end of the programme
